NIH ivermectin deception case judges assigned in the Third Circuit
The Third Circuit Court of Appeals has set a date to begin deliberations on the NIH ivermectin deception case. That is the US court system - they are so deliberate in their functions that they decide when to start their consideration of a case. That date is September 26, 2023. Also, the case will go before a panel of 3 judges:
“Pursuant to IOP Chapter 2, you are hereby advised that your appeal will be submitted before the following panel: HARDIMAN, PORTER and FREEMAN, Circuit Judges”
Just to emphasize the meaning of this case: the public health authorities likely deceived the US public into believing that an expert panel endorsed their January 14, 2021 recommendation on ivermectin that “…there are insufficient data to recommend either for or against the use of ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19…”. This case via FOIA will force the NIH to confirm or deny that a vote was held on that ivermectin recommendation.
