Third Circuit deliberations begin in NIH ivermectin deception case
I just filed the “Reply” in Jin-Pyong Peter Yim v. National Institutes of Health in the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. With this filing, the Third Circuit Court begins its deliberations on the case.
In its response to a FOIA request seeking to deteremine whether NIH held a vote on its ivermectin, NIH was evasive and ultimately entered a fraudulent document into evidence with the court. Moreover, the NIH does not deny that it entered a fraudulent document into evidence in the court.
The case for reversing the order of the lower court for dismissal is overwhelming but these courts are unpredictable.
