This is a very brief post to simply state that Jin-Pyong Peter Yim v. National Institutes of Health is now proceeding in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. I just filed the Appellant’s brief and joint appendix. While the COVID parade has moved on, there are still essential questions of good-faith government that remain to be settled. This case will potentially provide a statement for the record about the deceptive, bad faith activities of our government during COVID - especially in establishing a fake consensus on the use of ivermectin in COVID-19 by assembling a large “Panel” of experts with the auspices of the NIH only to have the non-recommendation on ivermectin by made by fiat.
